Just really wanted to thank you again for all of your help with the condo! From changing over the utilities... (thank goodness since we had never heard of Mountain Park Electric)... to the phone number to Allegiant (just got a packet in the mail introducing themselves yesterday).

Marian Waldron, great realtor, great knowledge of the area and an outstanding person. Since we were doing a 1031 exchange we had a short time line to identify a property in the Winter Park area. Also, with all the new lending restrictions in place, we were having a tough time finding a property that qualified for a loan. Without Marian's knowledge, guidance and contacts we would not have been able to make the 45 day deadline. She helped us navigate through all the new regulation and helped us find a property that suited our needs. She made us feel like her top priority by responding to all of our inquiries within hours and even on her vacation in Mexico. An example of Marian's hard work and effort to for us was when we decided on the place we wanted, Marian called a couple finance people to help us with a loan. Since the property we wanted was a new build it was difficult to get loans since 50% of the units had not been sold yet. However, within an hour we received two phone calls from different lenders and we were approved for the loan on the new place within a week. Her knowledge of the Winter Park area and lending regulations, caring attitude and timeless dedication to her clients is what sets Marian apart from other realtors. Without Marian buying our dream mountain home would not have been possible without Marian. Not only did we buy the mountain home of our dreams, we also gained a new friend.

I have worked with Marian for approximately 10 years, and have found that if I need something sold she the one to sell it. I met Marian when she was first got into real estate, and was working with the agent I used to use. Marian is focused, and cares about my needs. She has sold five of my properties over the years, and has turned into a great friend and neighbor! She definitely gets results, and I would not hesitate to recommend Marian.
